You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b9gaem login credentials, including your username and password. Accounts with no recorded login or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as inactive. b9gaem will provide advance notice via email before applying any inactivity administration fees. All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available by b9gaem are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail with respect to the specific bonus in question.
Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. In the event that a bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical or human error, b9gaem reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake to the player. b9gaem will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly where such voids occur.
Cricket betting markets on b9gaem — including PSL matches, Test series, and international limited-overs formats — operate under standard cricket betting rules. For rain-affected matches or matches abandoned before the minimum number of overs stipulated by b9gaem's rules, specific settlement procedures apply. All non-live casino game outcomes on b9gaem are determined by certified RNG systems that have been independently tested and audited. Game histories and results are logged and accessible to players through the account activity section. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment in real-time and are equally final.

In any event, b9gaem's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
